Hi,
What shoud I do with this coin. Two small green spots are on one side. This is a denier from Hughes II or Hughes III (Rodez. The diameter is around 18mm and a weight of .75gr.

That is a nice coin @mont. I'm seeing +RODES CIVI and VGO COMES for inscriptions so I think that you are right.

Assuming that those green spots are adherent and not chalky or sticky, is leaving the surface alone and just putting this coin into a 2x2 for safekeeping an option?
