My apologies firstly for not providing photos of both the obverse and reverse of the Morgan dollar this mint mark belongs to. However, could I get feedback on wether or not this mint mark is a mint error or otherwise?

I was able to get some more suitable photos to assist with proper identification.
Thanks for your patience.

Rest in Peace

PMD for sure. It seems like some of the damage on the lower to lower left is impacted by wear and the right to upper right is a separate event. Could that be from a one time event with a substance introduced from the outside or a different type of wear in its own process over time? Beyond my pay grade...

Stay well,
