While it's not the "wide 9" variety, I think it's the "type4" 9 / wide date position for 1859. Regarding grade, I'm leaning more towards F15 because of details in the portrait I've resolved from your pic below, comparing to an F12 taken from this Canadian grading site. Weak obverse strike, imo. The reverse looks more VF to me, so perhaps an F15+ net grade. F12 from that site: Report this Post to the Staff
