Looks like die wear or the copper plating is coming up, or a mixture of both. PCGS has Photograde which will let you see the grades of coins and help you judge for yourself and get a good idea of what certain grades are

I feel like the 93 has a pretty strong doubling but on the pic you can barely see it. :/ any advice on how to take better pics? Heh

I see what you're seeing on the 93, and the more clear reverse picture helps confirm that bubbles forming from the zinc are creating the bubbles. Photographing coins is actually really hard, especially when trying to capture small devices, a cheap small but good handheld camera to get started really helps, and it will be easier to focus that through a microscope or loop, it takes practice and good equipment to get professional looking photos, I believe there to be a photography section of this forum that you can check out for in depth advice
