I pulled this last night from a BU roll as I wasn't sure what it was. Similar to RPM-003 but MM is in all the wrong position. I gave a quick check of VV and didn't see it, so put it off until tonight to research it more.

Ended up finding it near the end of the CopperCoins listings, and all die markers match. Thought I was familiar with all the RPMs for this year but never saw this one before. Will be interesting to see if it shows up on Wexler's site when the new RPM crew gets to this date.

I see it listed on coppercoins, but I don't agree with it. It shows no shape of the punch. Looks more like a die gouge to me. The other sites don't list it.

With Coop. I have 6 of them in a BU roll the same and I always just thought Die Gouge also so I never posted them. It's interesting what some people see and some DON'T.

When I first saw it, my thought was die gouge. But there are some RPMs that look fairly well like a die gouge, so I decided to research it. And it is listed, so at least one expert thinks it's a good RPM. My honest opinion still leans toward die gouge, but with an attribution number I still will pull them and label them as I'd rather have one in my collection and get it debunked later than not have one and try to find one later.
