I sent this is with a few other dimes all came back ms66 with out full bands.
this dime is absolutely one of the most beautiful I own, regardless of the grade.
Is it close to PL? I think some more reverse frost would help, although I'm wondering if this cameo look is common on these 68 D dimes

love that early die state look, common? certainly not, whatever frost there is on devices wears off the dies quickly, I don't know what criteria TPGs use for PL designation, maybe someone else can fill in
