I was wondering what a minor error like this misaligned shift commands.

I know some don't consider it an error but there is a market out there for them and people who embrace them.

Thanks ahead of time.

In order for a note to have a premium, it needs to be missing part of the print.

Personally, I wouldn't consider it an error. I believe it's within BEP tolerances.

Here it doesn't state any guidelines it actually says the error can be major or minor. I still appreciate the help even though I kind of knew the answers beforehand hence the explanation I gave I the posting tittle.

With respect, where is the shift on your note? All I see is not-so great centering on the front, which is pretty normal.

This is considered minor.
