I couldn't find any reference for doubled eyelids on 1993 pennies, so I'm hoping the community can help me with this learning opportunity. This looks like a doubled eyelid to me, but I would like to hear what the community thinks so I can learn from the perspective. Thanks!

I used the search, there's nothing in there about this year penny. I have been doing some reading in other threads about doubled eyelids, I just wanted opinions on this specific year/this specific penny since I can't find examples anywhere.
