This coin has a nice internal die chip on the upper east pillar, rev. and a small die chip in the first S in States.

I refer these to the die event groupings. Not an error or a variety, just a die event. Spenders. Part of the reason they small date dies were stopped being used. A lot of chips before they could even reach retirement. Thus the large dates were created. Leaving them short of time. Thus all the RPMs on that year on the large dates. In a hurry to catch up.
