I'm still learning and trying to familiarize myself with everything with varieties and errors, so forgive the newbie question.

On this dime, part of the rim near 1964 seems to be wider or hit twice than other parts of the rim.
Is this just regular movement during the die process?
And on the other side where 'United and One' is seems to be the same thing with the rim.

Normal?

Thank you.
