Heavy circulation damage (which caused the disfigured numeral 8) and ED. Worth not much over face in this condition.

Damaged, well worn cent, perhaps with some environmental toning (of the ugly kind). The 8 has taken circulation hits; maybe some intentional dings--not an error.
