Hard to tell from these pictures and heavy unattractive patina if genuine or not. Authenticity has to be proven prior to grading, or just risk the fees, and let the TPGrader determine for you. I can tell you this, I have had this coin for a long time. It was one of my first coins I was given from my Gramma back in the '70's. Collecting since 1972. I think the OP was just asking for a Forum grading - not sending it in to a TPG. F Details sounds about right.
