I'll say F details (heavy environmental damage).

Caution: these were faked by many different methods.
Hard to tell from these pictures and heavy unattractive patina if genuine or not.

Authenticity has to be proven prior to grading, or just risk the fees, and let the TPGrader determine for you.

Well, I can take more pictures. give me an idea of the angles, lighting, Close-up, etc..

I can tell you this, I have had this coin for a long time. It was one of my first coins I was given from my Gramma back in the '70's.

I think the OP was just asking for a Forum grading - not sending it in to a TPG.
F Details sounds about right. Some of that black gunk seems to be flaking off, maybe an acetone soak might remove some more of it.
Rest in Peace

Agree with F (fine) details. The black crud can often behave like a hard plaque--like plaque on teeth. Acetone may help some, but likely not much. Resist the urge to pick at the plaque. Cool coin.

Wouldn't it be cool if I got the plaque cleaned off by soaking it and the VDB showed up on the reverse? (just wishful thinking)

Verdi-care would be a good start, but don't hold your breath.

Appears to be a residue issue and not corrosion. Even with careful conservation, there could be some odd color differences under the residue.
