2020 D Dime Looks Like Frankenstein To Me

I'm extremely new to coin hunting. But tonight I went to the store and bought a roll of dime's. There were tails at each end but decided to open it anyway. I was disappointed at first cause they were all 2020 d then I saw this dime. Its the only one like it in the roll and after spending some time trying to find something like it on the net I gave up and came to ask the experts. Can someone tell me if I have something or not. Please be nice I'm new. Thank you for reading.

Took a hit from the reeded edge of another coin, unfortunately just PMD :(
