This is a rough coin but has some interesting action. Missing In and We of igwt. Almost looks like they are covered by a Cud. And is the action on the rev. related.

Looks like severe post-mint damage ( PMD) combined with wear, toning, and possibly environmental damage to boot. If there is some original minting error like a Cud it has been effectively erased by the damage.
I'd throw this piece in the junk silver bin. Just my opinion, of course!

Not a Cud. A Cud does not show on both sides of the coin and does not show the letters like you see on the reverse. PMD

PMD or possibly delamination (is it possible with silver?), though most likely PMD. Not a Cud.
