The striations on the middle of the obverse, is that considered friction or an abrasion, I cant discern the difference in the ANA standards?

NEITHER! What you're seeing is a common mint problem caused by weak striking pressures. See my comment in your other thread.

@BadThad thanks for commenting and sharing this knowledge. Is there a resource where info related to mint year and mint with common mint issues is accessible to discern what is common versus what is a rare issue. For example, is the marking at issue here an error or variety, and is there a list of such issues for each year and mint for errors or known problems that are common.
