2000 New Hampshire Quarter Error Or Damage?

Wilmel New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 01/27/2021 5:12 pm I came across thia quarter in change and being a newer collector I am hoping for some clarity on this Quarter. Is it an error or intentional damage done by someone? I know it has damage no matter what with the scratches and wear but You can see no details in GWs bust and RIM is smooth. Any info is grateful.
