MrFranklin New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 01/28/2021 6:16 pm My grandmother has this 1896 Barber quarter, and we were both wondering what it would be worth, so I asked her if I could take it to photograph it and ask here, she let me. I wondered what you all thought of its grade and its worth, and if it's anything special. I spent about half an hour with an 80x loupe trying to figure out if it was a P or an S, I kept seeing an S, but I think that's just my imagination. Report this Post to the Staff

Ty2020b Pillar of the Community United States 4680 Posts	Posted 01/28/2021 8:28 pm Barely AG03 and probably Details, ED. I'm not seeing a mintmark, making this a Phili. Given its condition not worth much more than its weight in silver. If it did have an S mintmark, it would be worth quite a bit more. Report this Post to the Staff
