Nicely preserved coin! I would put it in the AU range, with very little wear (the lion on the left might show a bit of wear?), no major scratches or rim hits that I can see.
It is very hard for zinc coins to retain luster due to natural surface oxidation, so I am not sure how this affects the grade? One of the experts will need to comment on that.

EF-45 with nicer than usual surfaces.
