So after getting a 2020 Libertad proof coin I decided to drop it on the floor. Anyway, the case is cracked and chipped what is the best remedy without devaluing the coin. I don't know if it is worth sending in for grading but won't changing out the factory capsule hurt the value?

Put it in an airtight snap shut clear acrylic capsule.
Although retaining condition it has most probably and unfortunately lost some value, any due to the fact that is no longer in it's original case.

"Buy the coin, not the slab"
Having it graded won't maintain it's original value. The value will either remain the same or some value lost, for the reason mentioned above.

How bad is the crack? Possibly nor as bad as you make it sound.

So the coin is a 2020 1 ounce Libertad proof. I am getting a new Samsung phone in a couple of days (being shipped) my old Motorola phone camera doesn't work too well. I will try to a good pic to post of the crack then.

Thanks guys!

I've had success asking my LCS for leftover capsules. When they send coins in for grading they sometimes keep the packaging. They will usually just give them to me, but some may charge a small amount.
