I know that the 1963 can have the bugs bunny nose but it looks like it has it on this D coin as well. The side view, last one, shows it best. What do you think.

Bugs bunny nose? D? A bugs bunny Franklin half refers to a clash mark near Franklin's mouth, which looks like bugs bunny's teeth.
