As far as I know, these were never made available in real gold. I think this auction is a scam.

I have seen some gold-plated ones on ebay before. The one in the auction pic doesn't look like a normal tone Sac, it does have somewhat of a gold tone to it. More than likely, it is plated.

I think it is a pure scam
He says the coin was bought at a US bank on the first day of emission and has been in a collection album ever since

Sorry should have translated the punch line
It says the coin as an eagle on it probably from the gold series
of coins

I ran the page through Babelfish (gotta love that translator). He is saying that the damage on the coin is a unique mint error because it is an "eagle in flight" that was put there by mistake. He also says he guarantees the authenticity of the coin with the next line stating that he doesn't accept returns.

WHAT A PIECE OF WORK!!!!
