Hey I think this is just coated. Most the copper layer has worn off a bit on the obverse, and most on reverse. Weight 4.7, and I didnt measure it. It's slightly smaller then a nickel but slightly bigger then a penny
I'm banking on circulation for that. I dont get the copper layer, or why. Do you all know anything about this coin?

I know that nickels and other coins might add or subtract alloys in there ingredients so there might be more of one alloy in your nickel then usual. Therefore oxidizing processes may occur differently depending on those factors and circulation use's.
