Die chip in the 9. The L appears to have been positioned just inside the rim, where the rim took a hit--evidently doing ill to the L. Wonder what the reserve looks like?
Given the single photo posted, the coin would range from 1-2 cents in value (3 at the very outside)--simply because it's a common, circulated Wheat cent (dings and hits aren't helping).
