Hey I'm really bad at these pics... How do you enhance the back ground of a coin to bring out the images of the other coin you see? Thank you for your reply.

Lol neither did i.hold on got another add blocking my typing... ok so let say you find a quarter 2016 Roosevelt and on this quarter you saw Susan B Anthony on it kinda, but you recognized part of her head, definitely her necklace, and another date like 1984. Then you flip it over and you see like what a clash would do and leave the eagles wings on the obverse, but then you recognize said eagle one wing up one wing down and you can actual see the moon over his south wing. How would you go about enhancing the background of the coin to be 100% positive that that's what it was?

For something like a clash, using very low lighting angles will help bring them out because it highlights any relief by creating shadows.

After taking pics, increasing the contrast on them may help bring out something you see.

Edit: I used to have ads block the Quick Reply text box sometimes, but I stopped using Chrome and it's all better now.

Hey John go to the error coin forum I just pulled something very nice out of a nickel roll. I will post the other one soon as I get it enhanced to see her. You can definatly see the earth and eagle on the obverse.
