while organizing my collection I came across this quarter with a bar
we know it is a die break.
But will it qualify as a bar like the 1936?

H..... if the 1936 qualifies , not sure why your 1930 shouldn't .
Actually the so called " BAR " is just a die break that occurs in the same place
on many of the 25 cent series dates.
Also on some of the Ten cents as well .
