Podoprigora- I would say that this is a VF (maybe a higher VF). My Krause says that this coin is worth about $3. But if it is in fact a VF 30, it may be worth a couple of bucks more.

I would say its GVF in the UK, and worth £4.00 in VF in the UK at the moment
