19'86 Apostrophe Cent Die Chip

I found this cent in my change hoard and thought I would share. Looks like it says 19'86 and I just thought it was neat to look at. As I am still learning all of the terms, I think this is a die chip? Not sure what the discoloration is on the obverse.

Yes, it's called a die chip, you got it right! Bad stain around Abe's head, but overall, a good find!

Or a gas bubble. It is presses down. Usually chips are on the devices/fields areas. Not so much so in the center of the fields.
