Hi Everyone, I recently came across some old $100 bills. I was reading online the one from 1975 with the JC serial is the most valuable (maybe $130).

Since I am pretty new to bills I was hoping you guys could give me some feedback and info on these as well as their relative value.

$100 are supposed to be crisp nearly uncirculated & I can see big centre creases on most of those. All common prefixes (22,000,000 printed) except the AJC but its the 7M Crow-Bouey common change-over for the early notes. The 1980's look to be all common prefixes too. Sorry, which it could be better news.

I agree, but will make an exception for 1935, which are out of reach for most collectors in AU or better.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I guess I will just keep one of each until I get rarer ones and pop the rest in the old bank account

-You could keep a few of the best ones (condition wise). What's the AJC like? Inspect each one closely (use a magnifying glass & strong light). Look for ink, nicks on the edges, & any problems- put those in the to- deposit pile. Put aside the best ones.

Then you could a) offer them AUCTION (or "Deal" "no Deal") on FB Coin Banknote Groups (only send if you get a paypal deposit or registered bank wired payment, etc. ebay would be too expensive with all their listing fees, etc. That's the problem with $100 denominations- they're a tough sell, so only die-hard high denom collectors or newbies are attracted to them.

Some folks on SM will buy just about anything (so you may also try a group on Reddit, etc).
OR:
b) join a swap site like "Numista" https://en.numista.com/ & hope to swap a few of the best of your lower condition notes* for other CDN, coins or world banknotes.
*(IF you really want to keep one for yourself, offer the next best to swapper)

But if you need fast cash then your best bet is to deposit them.
