Hello, just a quick question.

Does this penny have any value ?
Liberty is not really straight and the rim seems off too. Any value? Or face value ?

Seeing a normal looking cent. Still worth face value at least.

I was looking first at the mintmark and wondered if it were a RPM. But after not finding one like that on that area, I looked at reflection on your images. Note if there is glare, it is always in the same location? You can see it on the date/mintmark/rim. So you might try a diffuser/increasing diffuser to reduce the reflection. Depending on your light source, this can be done for little expense. If you could post an image of your lighting setup. I think we can fix this issue. The glare can hide things you see on your scope, but the images show the glare. That usually means either too much light, too low of an angle for light, or not using a diffuser strong enough to remove the glare issue. Looking forward to see you light source images.
