VF20/25 sounds about right, once in hand will tell more I'm sure.

VF-25 but the photos might be hiding environmental damage. Looks like it may have come out of the ground.

Given the VF 20-25 potential grade, the Greysheet bid price is only in the $27-30 range. PCGS would agree with the $36 if you spent a lot more to justify the cost. For what it's worth....
