A slightly clearer picture would help, but that is a common location for minor center of design doubling, so my guess is yes, DDR.

That is the correct area for DDRs,as we've seen several examples of. But with yours although it looks like it may be one,a closer image will be helpful to determine whether it is the real deal or a contact mark.

That is WDDR-026, nice find!

I can see the large gouge above the R in TRUST as well as the gouge above the C in MONTICELLO.
