Yours would be a later die stage with more die chips/breaks than the examples I have but I think I see the strong die scratch coming off the neck in your full coin pic, so I may have gotten the die stages mixed up in my notes. I would like to see a closer pic of that area if you're able to.
Nearly all of the Fort Moultrie quarters I've seen have die cracks on the arm. Out of the five minor doubled dies I have, only one doesn't have a stage with a die crack there (yet). One has die chips/breaks on the ships as well.
