The lack of answers to your question is nothing personal, as you can see by the ratio of off-topic posts in most threads.

IMO differences at the level for which you seek attribution are so common from one coin to the next that very few people bother to attribute them. Since there is little demand for such attribution, there are few people who are qualified to supply it. Since there are so few people, most collectors do not know any. I'd contact PCGS or NGC and ask if they can recommend someone either in-house or elsewhere.
