Hello, looking for some help determining if this is a weakly struck obverse of a 2020 quarter. The reverse looks fine but there is barely any texture to the bust of Washington. Additionally the T and neckline are barely visible. Since it is a 2020, I kinda ruled out excessive wear. Any help would be appreciated.

Photos need to be a little better. I do not think it is a weak strike, newer quarters for whatever reason have a weaker design.
