1972 D Quarter Doubled Die Reverse / DDR ? Looking For Your Thoughts

MillionQuestions New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 02/15/2021 5:56 pm So I got this quarter in some change and couldn't help but notice on the reverse the what might be doubling of the 2nd from to leaf on the right side coin as well as the extra line in the right wing that looks like an extra feather. I'm no expert and hope I can green some insight from anyone willing. I thought Machine Doubling as there seems to be some on other parts of the coin but I had to inquire anyways being that it looks to be possibly DD. Searching online I found no other accounts of a 1972 d DDR wash I ngton quarter but there's a first for everything. Unfortunately the coin has seen s ok me unsafe and isn't in all that great of condition but I did what I could on photos. Thanks yo none who takes the time to help and I look forward to your replies.
