I can clearly see the toning going to a blue mirror fin and def some camo light camo but erm yeah.

also came out of a multi set blue mint set. Sorry for my lack of speech but yeahh haven't seen nothing on it.

This is a Philly mint coin. Not a proof. I think its 75 with the No S variety.

Could of been spent from a collection. That happens. If stolen, the thief just wants to cash it in. So it may have just been out in circulation for a hours.

It is just a regular business strike.Unfortunately there are times when we need to accept the fact that a particular coin isn't what we really really want it to be.It's a nice looking coin,put it in your album.
