I think whomever graded this really did not deduct anything for the weak strike. all the high points on the obverse of this coin are stronger than a typical F coin like edge beading, the drape around the shield, lettering and stars. you can still make out a hair outline albeit weak. the reverse imo is VG10/F12 Report this Post to the Staff

However, they weren't thrilled with the luster either and gave it an MS62, although it had no real marks on it to get it down to that level. ANACS is a strong contender with PCGS and NGC.
