Note the fields on the 1982 cent. That one was probably a nice coin when it was removed from the roll. (Probably one of the fist thousands struck with the new dies) Now just a spender. Note the un-polished look of the fresh devices that are full for a small date coin. Too bad. Instead a coin like this one below, gets graded:
