1994 And 1982 Grease Penny Coins?

Hello, I would like you to help me with these two coins; one penny 1982 which seems to be grease, or maybe damage and the other is a 1994 penny which seems to be grease. Thanks a lot for your help.

the 1994 is plating bubbles, which is worthless.
the 1982 is a small date bronze coin, that has been scratched.

Note the fields on the 1982 cent. That one was probably a nice coin when it was removed from the roll. (Probably one of the fist thousands struck with the new dies) Now just a spender. Note the un-polished look of the fresh devices that are full for a small date coin. Too bad. Instead a coin like this one below, gets graded:

That sad part is that the grading companies don't care agout die state. They all get the same value regardless of die state.

Pick out the better die states and down the road, they will be more desirable than the later die state coins. We know the differences between the two.
