1938 Three Pence Could Be Lamination Error?

i have a 1938 george vi three pence and I saw that it could be
a lamination error .
Can some one help me with this?

Hi,
My guess is that's a die crack, since I seem to see a raised edge of metal above the coin design.

it is something normal for uk coins?

I don't really collect UK coins, so I don't know how common this is.
But, this die shows a lot of wear and eventually on any die such cracks will appear.
