It's a badly damaged coin. Worth a quarter if you can get a vending machine to take it. also if you think you have a valuable coin never hold it by the obverse & reverse. fingerprints are a bad thing on coins

Agree with the above, a very damaged coin--having received it's heavy knocks and hits after the minting process.
