Welcome to the forum but it's best to start a new thread when you are asking about a different coin. Clear images of both sides and a closeup of the area you have questions about.

but your coin is a cleaned coin. Proof's were not minted in 1946.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

Note the color. Pink means that the surface was altered. Probably from something acid. Anything between from soda to a strong acid will alter the color. A real no, if the coin was a valuable one. It is still a Wheat cent though. Do the wrong thing and the collectable life is no longer there. Original surfaces are better, than ruined ones.
