I have one nearly identical! Mine has impression on the obverse and bubble on the reverse.

From the low resolution pics there, it looks like PMD (Post mint damage) like like someone used a punch and hammer.....

The coin was altered with a hint on the obverse, leaving a push out on the reverse. Just coin damage. Face value only.
