Would this 1940 P Lincoln Wheat cent be a woody? It looks it has Tiger Wood woodgrain.

Looks like a woody, with a bad scratch across the cheek.

Possibly a woody. Having said that, the coin appears to suffer from environmental exposure of an unforgiving nature. Difficult to say what's beneath.

I agree, looks like a woody. Can you get a picture with the natural color, not so red?

I would very much lean towards a woody . But like already mentioned , some other kind of environmental issue plagues this coin .
