It shows some reflection on both sides when held close and you can make out objects from about an inch away. It puts me in the mindset of a bathroom mirror just starting to fog up from a hot shower. Thats the best analogy I have..lol. I know its not pl by far but the coin was pulled from a BU roll. I can try and get some better pictures of this if that will help. Report this Post to the Staff

I hope these help. As I mentioned it was pulled from a BU Roll along with a 1886 p VAM 1a top 100 with nice luster. Report this Post to the Staff

panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18714 Posts	Posted 03/04/2021 11:53 am not a bad strike for an 81(O). a few surface marks on the obverse but nothing serious. the coin has the appearance of being dipped however not to the point where the coin would receive a details designation. top end MS64. the dip may drop the value to the 63 area Report this Post to the Staff
