Me on your circles I see just normal electroplating accumulation points (normal for this magnification) and on the mint mark a miss of plating. Silviosi, on Lincoln cents they didn't start using copper plated planchets untill 1982. So probably a small piece of crud stuck to the mintmark. Oh, I almost for got, the Primary is not a RPM either. That is from a damaged mintmark punch.
