1973 D Jefferson Nickel 5 Cents - Anything Valuable About This Coin?

He also claims that the building on the front has doubling. To me it just looks like a hit mark and old worn die respectively but can an expert here see anything special about this coin? The side with the building (The Monticello) is the reverse. The "D" is a mint mark showing that this coin was struck at the Denver mint. With 261,405,000 Jefferson nickels minted in Denver in 1973, it's not a rare coin. If this coin was in uncirculated condition, it would have a value of $1 to $250 according to the PCGS Price Guide, but in this condition it's just worth face value. Ummm, merclover? That's the Monticello on the reverse. It was Jefferson's home, not a memorial. ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T!
