Not a variety coin. This is Machine Doubling on the reverse and the obverse, looks like the coin was stained or damaged. Spender. The last Obverse DDO is in the early 1970's:

The DDR's are about the same, except for the new dimes DDRs with the hub doubling in a totally different area. In the centers of the designs.

Coop, let me try to get a better photo.. I can see the reverse doubling... The image that's appears to have been stamped first is very faint but I can see it and then the very noticeable stamp..

I see what you are looking at, and it is Machine Doubling on the stems.
