Looks like some sort of post-mint deliberate arc-like scrapes, plus perhaps some circulation damage to the 11th star.

Just curious, do you see a mintmark on the reverse? The O (New Orleans) is a semi-key date. I also with everyone else.

"Looks Like Theres Another Date" is just a coincidence of the damage (caused sometime in the last 120 years).

Mostly damage but since it was Minted sideways, keep as odd coin.
