Interesting on how the RPM aged on this die?

Nice going, your pic shows the RPM much better than VVs. Both inside and outside of the primary.

Yours sort of looks like it has a split on the bottom serif.

i find it weird that some die markers are present then disappear only to come back again

Depends. Sometimes die flow can alter the mintmarks. When the die flow is polished down, it comes back again. Same with die scratches bu different. The die scratches on the open fields flatten faster than the ones near devices. If a die scratch is inside of a closed device, then they last even longer. (until the next polishing) But if you can spot a die scratch, look close to the devices in that area to see if you can see it there. (right on the edge of the device sometimes)

Note on this one:

While it looks like a RPM, you can still see a hint of fading die scratches above and below the mintmark. Fading and polishing can alter the shape of a device.
