It looks like a Great Britain George III half-penny, but I'm still new at this. Just taking a guess at it!

Yes - looks like a GB halfpenny from around 1770 to 1775, but probably a contemporary counterfeit. (The shape of the bust is not quite right for a regal issue.)
Weight would confirm it.
